Nature of the Service SWAPP is an intermediary platform connecting users for selling, buying, or swapping. We are not a party to any transaction between users — our role is solely to provide the place and tools for communication and agreement. 2. Account Creation Terms - You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account - Information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date - You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activity on your account - Creating more than one account per person without our explicit permission is prohibited 3. Posting Rules Published listings and content must: - Be legal and not violate any applicable law - Represent a real product/service that you own or are authorized to offer - Not contain offensive, racist, or inappropriate content - Not offer legally prohibited products (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.) We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice. 4. Transactions Between Users - Any sale/purchase/swap agreement is entirely the responsibility of both parties - We always recommend verifying the other party's identity and meeting in person before completing any deal - SWAPP is not responsible for product quality, description accuracy, or either party's commitment to the agreement 5. Promotion and Payment - Paid promotion services (listing boost) require payment via available methods (e-wallet / InstaPay) - Payments are manually reviewed by our team before activation (unless instant approval is enabled in our settings) - Fees are non-refundable after service activation, except in exceptional cases at our discretion 6. Verification Account verification requests require uploading an identity document and are manually reviewed. Approval or rejection is at our full discretion. 7. Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without the need for prior notice, in cases including (but not limited to): repeated posting of violating content, fraud attempts, or misuse of the review or reporting system. 8. Limitation of Liability The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. SWAPP is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, including disputes between users, data loss, or service interruption. 9. Intellectual Property All content, logo, and design of SWAPP are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying or reusing any part of it without written permission is prohibited. 10. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms. 11.
